Some of you may have noticed my PLZ Legend userscript, in my gallery. It's a neat concept: it puts a little link on comment boxes, and the link opens a little box where you can search through all your favourite PLZes. Problem is, while the concept's good, the script itself sucks. A lot. I mean, it's inelegant, inefficient, and it doesn't even work in Firefox 3.

Which is why I'm working on a second version. Some of you, having already read previous journals on the subject, may already be aware of this second PLZ Legend. In any case, it's still in intermittent development (read: "I'm lazy and I work on it whenever"), but I thought I'd share a(nother) screenshot:

This may look familiar to those of you who've read previous journals about this. That's because it is familiar -- it's the main "window" of the Legend -- which I've already posted a shot of -- but with the left half redesigned to look better, and with a toolbar at the top rather than a single "Close" button at the bottom. There have also been some improvements under the hood, as well as some new features planned out, including one that can synchronize the userscript even if multiple copies are running in different windows/tabs.

So yeah. I actually do work on stuff on occasion, despite the lack of new Deviations in my Gallery.

Also, if I feel like it, I may start makin' Journal Skins.
