Adds "First Page" and "Last Page" links to the page numbers for Deviation Comments. I may extend it to cover other aspects of the site that use similar page number systems later.

The script now honors however many comments per page you have the site set to display.

I made something similar some time ago (Jump to page), and indeed deviation and news comments are easy to handle because the number of comments are displayed somewhere on the page, unlike forum threads, for example.
